White, White, White!

I feel like I have so much to talk about, that I don’t know where to start … so I don’t! Amazing how that works! I have been busy lately and if you follow me on Instagram you can see some of my recent adventures and random new hobbies (like personalized mugs and wall fringe). Random, I know. But, that’s me – random! My wheels are always turning and I’m constantly reaching for the next shiny object. (Hmmm… I guess I know where my daughter gets it from!) I have taken on a small consulting job that has been keeping me busy most weekday nights and has intruded on my blogging time. (Ugh.. I hate when work interferes with social media) So, those are just some excuses, ready for more? 😉

I am currently redecorating my great room, kitchen and mudroom. Seriously. After being cooped up in here all winter, I needed light. It had to be brighter in this house. Like, waaay brighter.

So, I decided to test the effectiveness of my husband’s blood pressure meds and hired four painters to completely overtake our house, block off our kitchen and charge us too much for it. But, guess what? It’s BRIGHTER!! (and my husband survived) I painted everything pure white. As in “hospital white”. As in, “not a single drop of color added”, white. “No need to mix”, white. I LOVE it. I can’t wait to finish the new look of these rooms and share it with everyone! I would love to post the process, but if I don’t, know that I at least thought about it! 😉 hehe
